Shipping policy
Your order is in good hands. Every piece is checked by hand, folded with care in our Surat house and on its way to you within 1 to 2 working days.
When it leaves us. We dispatch within 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Saturday. If you've chosen blouse stitching, pico or fall, we take a little extra time to finish it beautifully, and we'll WhatsApp you the day it's ready to travel.

What delivery costs
- Free across India on orders of ₹2,000 and above.
- For smaller orders, a flat ₹100, however many pieces you add.
- Outside India, a flat ₹1,800 per order. Any customs duty is set by your country and collected by the courier on arrival.
- Cash on delivery is available anywhere in India.
- You'll always see the delivery charge before you pay. It covers a courier's journey arranged just for you, so it isn't refundable in any case, including returns, cancellations and damaged or wrong pieces.
Always know where it is. The moment your order leaves us, we email you a tracking link. You can also follow it from your account, or simply WhatsApp us and we'll tell you exactly where it is.
Opening your parcel. We pack every order to arrive just as it left us. As a small habit, film a quick video while you open it. If anything is ever wrong, it lets us put it right straight away. If the outer box looks damaged, you're welcome to refuse it and let us know, and we'll take it from there. Just tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
If you miss the courier. Our courier will try twice and usually calls before coming. If your parcel finds its way back to us, we'll reach out and either send it again for a fresh delivery charge, or turn its value into store credit for you.
