A silk warp with a cotton weft, which is what gives Chanderi its transparency without losing body. Hold it to the light and the ground should glow evenly, with no dense patches.
Dry clean, or hand wash cold with a mild detergent and dry flat in shade. Press on the reverse with a cloth between iron and zari.
Silk-cotton so fine it is nearly sheer, in chalk white, with printed florals and a narrow green border. The easiest thing here to wear all day.
