Mulberry silk woven in the Kanchipuram tradition. The border and body are woven separately and joined at the shoulder, a technique called korvai — run a finger along the join and you can feel the interlock.
Dry clean only. Store rolled in a cotton mulmul cloth rather than hung, and refold along a different line every few months.
Mulberry silk in undyed ivory, with a woven floral border carried into the pallu. The weight is what holds the pleat.
